
Crater Lake National Park is accessible from the south and north via Oregon Highways 62 and 138, respectively. A paved road runs around the caldera rim. Access to the lake is limited to the trail at Cleetwood Cove, where tour boats provide a good close-up view of the caldera walls.

Joseph Stewart serves as the recreational entrance to Lost Creek Reservoir on the upper stretch of the Rogue River. Boating and water-skiing are very popular.
The reservoir is open to anglers year-round and stocked with trout and bass. Camping, showers, dumping station, picnicking, fishing, boating, swimming,
hiking, bike trails. 151 electrical, 50 tent; maximum site 80'. Special features:
marina, 5.5 miles of hiking trails, 6 mile bike trail. Unique features: on Upper

Lithia Park - National Historic Landmark - More than 100 acres of developed
recreation area facility located in downtown Ashland adjacent to the famous Oregon
Shakespear Festival. Ashland Creek flows the length of the park, and two duck ponds
are habitats for many species of waterfowl. In summer the park's band shell is the
site of concerts, ballets, and shows.
